The challenge

Give broadband customers more value and more reasons to stay, by offering home and mobile connectivity from one trusted local provider, without KCOM having to build or run a mobile network itself.

What we built

A fully KCOM-branded mobile service, from app to billing. Customers sign up and install their eSIM in the KCOM app, with unlimited calls, texts and 5G data, travel data add-ons and a business eSIM for two numbers on one phone.

How care works

KCOM chose to keep frontline customer service with its own local team. We trained them on our playbook and handle the specialist issues behind them, such as porting and activation.

Why it works

The members-only price rewards existing customers and makes the KCOM relationship more valuable. A second service gives customers one more reason to stay with KCOM for broadband too.

“You can now take KCOM everywhere you go. It’s been fantastic working alongside our platform provider jolli to create our new packages, all with the aim of delivering an all-in-one, better value deal for our customers.”
LHLucy HennProduct Director, KCOM

We’ll share results when we have them.
